Incorporating your business card into your digital wallet enhances security by safeguarding your card and banking information during transactions. It also enables you to leave your physical card at your premises! Leveraging your smartphone's mobile wallet at the point of sale activates advanced security measures such as encryption, biometric verification, and multi-factor authentication to fortify your data against potential risks. Additionally, the tokenization process adds an additional level of defense. Each time you make a transaction, your card details are substituted with a set of randomly generated digits, rendering them meaningless to potential hackers (a process known as tokenization).
-
Eliminate the concerns of carrying cash. In the event of your business card being lost or stolen, you can promptly block it using our mobile app, and effortlessly unblock it at your convenience. Alternatively, you can contact us immediately to deactivate it without delay.
-
Control of your card is at your fingertips when logged into Online Access or our mobile app. Activate a new or replacement card securely, block it instantly if misplaced, and inform us of your travel plans seamlessly. Add another layer of security when you sign up for Online or Mobile Alerts to stay informed about every transaction and card activity.

Contactless Cards
-
Chip cards contain an embedded microchip that protects in-store payments by generating a unique, one-time code that is needed for each transaction to be approved. You can use this card by inserting it chip-first into a chip-enabled terminal. Contactless debit cards are equipped with near-field communication (NFC) technology, allowing users to make secure and quick transactions by simply tapping the card on a contactless-enabled terminal.
Both types of cards contain a magnetic strip allowing you to swipe your card. However, this method is becoming less common with the advancement to chip, and the more recent advancement to contactless.
Our debit cards allow for all payment options. In general, using the chip or contactless method is considered safer than swiping because of the added security features, but the contactless option offers the most convenience.
-
Contactless payments are incredibly secure and allow you to tap your card on a contactless-enabled terminal. They use advanced encryption technology to protect your card information. The tokenization process adds an extra layer of protection during a transaction by replacing all your card information with randomly generated digits that mean nothing to hackers.
-
While contactless acceptance is widespread, not all merchants may support it. Look for the contactless symbol on the card reader or ask the cashier if they accept contactless payments.
-
Whether you choose to swipe, insert or tap your card, you’ll have the option to either sign or enter your PIN for debit purchases.
-
Look for the contactless symbol at checkout. Then, simply tap and hold your card against the terminal to make your payment. If the terminal is not contactless enabled, simply insert or swipe your card as you normally would.
-
Most terminals will give you the choice to tap, insert or swipe. If the terminal is not equipped for one or more of those options, the cashier or terminal itself will prompt you accordingly.
