- Please, contact your administrator if you do not know what your username is.
- If you cannot reach your administrator, please contact us.

- Select the “forgot password” link below the log in button.
- You will be presented with a username verification screen.
- Enter your current username.
- Enter your profile phone number.
- Select submit.
- After selecting submit you will be able to create a new password.
Profile

From your dashboard, click your name in the top right hand corner of Exchange.

- From the profile page, you can view your first and last name, email address, username, phone number, and time zone (if applicable).
- From the profile page, you can edit your first and last name, email address, phone number, password, and time zone (if applicable).
- For security purposes, you may be prompted to verify your identity before updating some of the profile information.
Note: If you authenticate via OTP (one time passcode) you will see a security tab via your profile page.

- Via the profile page select the edit button that is displayed below the legal name section.
- Selecting edit will allow you to change your first and/or last name.
- Select update and the changes will be presented on your profile page.

- Via the profile page select the edit button that is displayed below the email address section.
- Selecting edit will allow you to change your email address.
- Select update and the changes will be presented on your profile page.
- For security purposes, you may be prompted to verify your identity before updating your email address.

Usernames cannot be edited.

- Via the profile page select the edit button that is displayed below the phone number section.
- Selecting edit will allow you to change your phone number.
- Only U.S. phone numbers are accepted.
- Select update and the changes will be presented on your profile page.

- Via the profile page select the edit button that is displayed below the password section.
- Selecting edit will allow you to change your password.
- You must know your current password, in order to edit your password.
- Select update and the changes will be saved.
- For security purposes, you may be prompted to verify your identity before updating your password.
- Your password will be masked via your profile page.

- Via the profile page, select the edit button that is displayed below the time zone section.
- Selecting edit will allow you to change your time zone.
- Select update and the changes will be presented on your profile page.
Note: The default time zone is CST America/Chicago.

- Via the profile page, select the security tab.
- Via the security tab you can view the MFA contact point options, which are phone number and Okta Verify.
- The phone number section represents the phone number that is enrolled for SMS and voice call authentication.
- The Okta Verify section represents the Okta Verify app that can be downloaded and used to authenticate with.
- For security purposes, you may be prompted to verify your identity before updating your MFA contact points.

- You must always have at least one saved MFA contact point. You cannot remove all MFA contact points.
- To change your phone number, you must be enrolled for Okta Verify.
- Once enrolled for Okta Verify, you can select unenroll via the phone number section.
- After you have unenrolled from phone number, then you can enroll for phone number using your new phone number.
- For security purposes, you may be prompted to verify your identity before updating your MFA contact points.

- You must always have at least one saved MFA contact point. You cannot remove all MFA contact points.
- To change the device associated with your Okta Verify app, you must be enrolled for phone number.
- Once enrolled for phone number, you can select unenroll via the Okta Verify section.
- After you have unenrolled from Okta Verify, then you can enroll for Okta Verify using your new device.
- For security purposes, you may be prompted to verify your identity before updating your MFA contact points.
Dashboard

- From your dashboard, select the customize dashboard button.
- The available widgets to add to your dashboard will be displayed under the available widgets section.
- Select the add button on the widget you want to add.
- Click the save button once you have selected the widgets you want to add to your dashboard.

- From your dashboard, select the customize dashboard button.
- The available widgets to remove from your dashboard will be displayed under the your dashboard section.
- Select the remove button on the widget you want to remove.
- Click the save button once you have selected the widgets you want to remove from your dashboard.

- From your dashboard, select the customize dashboard button.
- Click the accounts list tab.
- Select the accounts you would like to see shown on your dashboard.
- Click the save button once you have selected the accounts.

- If you are an administrator, on your dashboard select the edit (pencil) icon next to the account name you wish to change.
- Note: Any accounts that are hidden from being displayed on your dashboard, must be unhidden so that you can edit the account nickname via the dashboard.
User administration

- If you are an administrator, select user administration from the administration menu option.
- Select the add a new user button.
- Fill in relevant details.

- If you are an administrator, select user administration from the administration menu option.
- Find and select the user you would like to copy.
- On the user summary screen, select the ellipsis (…) button next to the user’s name.
- Click copy user.
- Fill in relevant details. The products and services of the copied user will be pre-selected.

- If you are an administrator, select user administration from the administration menu option.
- Find and select the user you would like to change.
- On the user summary screen, select the edit button next to the section you want to edit.
- Note: You must contact your treasury client services professional to change bank-defined administrators.

- If you are an administrator, select user administration from the administration menu option.
- Find and select the user you would like to delete.
- On the user summary screen, select the ellipsis (…) button next to the user’s name.
- Click delete user.
- Note: You must contact your treasury client services professional to delete bank-defined administrators.

- If you are an administrator, select user administration from the administration menu option.
- Find and select the user you would like to lock or unlock.
- On the user summary screen, select the ellipsis (…) button next to security.
- Click lock user or unlock user.

- If you are an administrator, select user administration from the administration menu option.
- Find and select the user you would like to reset.
- On the user summary screen, select the ellipsis (…) button next to security.
- Click reset password.

- If you are an administrator, select user administration from the administration menu option.
- Find and select the user you would like to reset.
- Click the reset MFA contact points button in the security section.
